This was one of our favorites. Full of flavor. Served with jasmine rice. We also had it with fried rice. The combinations of flavors and ingredients were perfectly blended!
Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls (V+ /GF)
We thought these would be common 'spring rolls'. To our surprise, they were anything but common. They were cut like pieces of sushi rolls with freshly prepared ingredients. Very good!!
